Mari membuat Pau...!!!

PAU

bahan
    500 gm tepung gandum
    1/2 s/k baking powder
    1/2 s/k garam
    1 s/b gula
    1 s/k yeast mauripan
    2 s/b shorterning [crisko]
    250 gm air suam


cara
    1. Gaul rata semua bahan kecuali air.
    2. Masukkan air sedikit-sedikit sehingga habis.
    3. Uli sehingga licin[tak lekat ditangan]
    4. Tutupkan dgn kain lembab dan biarkan naik 2X ganda.
    5. Tumbukkan adunan dan bahagikan adunan menjadi ketulan kecil.
    6. Bulatkan dan masukkan inti mengikut kesukaan sendiri [inti ayam/kacang merah/kaya/kelapa/daging].
    7. Lapikkan adunan diatas keratan daun pisang atau kertas.
    8. Rehatkan adunan sehingga naik lagi.
    9. Panaskan kukusan.
    10. Masukkan adunan dan masakkan selama 10 minit.
    11. Buka tudung dengan perlahan supaya air wap tidak menimpa adunan pau.
    12. Siap untuk dimakan
